OK, so that’s an exaggeration. A major exaggeration, actually, but I have had the chance to chat a few places.

codebar.io/PragProg Literary Festival - Mobile Development in 2021

In June of 2021, I was lucky enough to take part in the [codebar](Literary Festival), a collaboration between codebar.io and The Pragmatic Bookshelf.

As stated on codebar’s website:

codebar is a charity that facilitates the growth of a diverse tech community by running free regular programming workshops for minority groups in tech.

Great event, great purpose, and I had a blast talking mobile dev:

AskTHAT Live with Michael Fazio - Hey Alexa || Cortana || Google, Anyone, Anyone?

I got a chance to chat with Clark Sell, the leader of THAT Conference, about AI and its place in society. We started the discussion covering home AI assistants and moved onto AI’s impact on our lives in general.

MS Dev Show: THAT Conference 2018 - Part 2

During the 2018 THAT Conference, I got to sit down with Carl and Jason for a little bit and chat AI assistants. My part’s at the end of the podcast, and while it’s not as long as the AskTHAT conversation, look at the other three people on the show!

Skyline Technologies: Mobile Case Study - BCycle

This one was for work and while it’s probably not as exciting as the other conversations, I’m super proud of the work we’ve done at BCycle. The mobile app has had a huge impact on how people can get on BCycle bikes throughout the country and I’ve been lucky enough to see the journey from before the app existed to now.

Trek’s BCycle is Improving Lives Through a Bike-Share App

Speaking of BCycle, here’s the marketing video we did about our work with the app. Again, really proud of where the app is today, and it’s admittedly neat to see yourself in a marketing video. Oh, and since people have asked, I was not green-screened in my part, I was actually there. For some reason, the background made things look a bit funky.
